Who does the shipping?
Shipping is from the Importers (local if possible) warehouse. Many of our suppliers have national warehousing, we will arrange shipping from the closest warehouse to you, this helps limit shipping costs and time in organizing supply.
Who provides Warranty?
Warranty is provided by the Importer/Manufacturer - as specified on their product PDF/Website or our website. You are afforded all the normal Consumer protections under NSW and Australian Legislation.
